Using the Mountain Water Process, caffeine is removed by gently washing the beans with pure water rather than harsh chemicals. This natural method protects the coffee’s flavour, meaning you’d genuinely never know it was decaf.

The result is a medium roasted coffee with real complexity, combining honeyed sweetness, a creamy body, and subtle notes of fruit and nut for a smooth and satisfying cup.
