Zealots Roasted Coffee

Ethically Sourced

On the coffee side of things it all begins with the green coffee beans that are sourced by Jo. Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Sumatra, Honduras and Ethiopia are the regions chosen for their quality, sustainability and ethical backgrounds.

Single Origin

All of our coffee is single origin from well respected farmers who know a thing or three about growing, and harvesting their beans. We stick to single origin because it works, you see the part of the planet that bean called home has a unique and distinctive set of flavours, and we roast to bring out the very best of that.

We have however put together a couple of wonderful blends, The Bridge and The Guv’nor that demonstrate how two beans get along famously to  produce a great tasting brew.

Coffee Bean Profiling

Every single batch of beans is profile roasted in-house by Jules on our Diedrich IR12, the profile ensures we deliver consistently great coffee, once the roasted coffee beans have had some time to rest (de-gas) we lovingly pack it and send  off to our clients, knowing it’s as fresh as fresh can be.

It comes in 250g, 500g and 1kg bags and you can find them here.
